As part of a phased expansion of the C.S. Mott Center for Human Growth and Development and the Detroit revitalization, a context within Wayne State University is expected to experience substantial research-intensive growth through the next decade. This growth includes a multi-institutional local initiative and a novel statewide translational sciences partnership to move our discoveries from the bench to the bedside. Joining the C.S. Mott Center will enhance the University’s current interdisciplinary strengths in Immunobiology, Perinatology and development as part of a larger Community Medicine Initiative.
