ABOUT THE EVENT

The C.S. Mott Center at Wayne State University was established in 1973 to promote research relating to pregnancy and children’s health with focus on obstetric medicine, reproductive immunology, preterm birth and perinatal biology. As we celebrate our 50th year, we are holding one day symposium in the area Prenatal Medicine on November 16. The program in collaboration with Wayne State University, University of Michigan, Michigan State University and Henry Ford Health Systems will showcase a combination of basic science, translational and clinical talks as well as a session in the area of pregnancy, infectious diseases and preterm birth. We will have close the symposium with a live-stream Q&A geared for the general public to interact with a panel of experts that will include the speakers.

Participants can join us in-person at the CS Mott Center for Human Growth and Development or from anywhere virtually on Thursday, November 16, 2023.
